Title: DHP-309AV keeps turning off

HI, I just recently bought a DHP-309AV Wireless extender.  The adapter that is not plugged directly into the router keeps going into power saving mode or something is happening where all the LED's will turn off and the product will stop working, the only way to fix it is to unplug it and plug it back in again, please help.

What Mfr and model is the main host router?
What wireless modes are you using on the main host router?
Does this happen if you put the 309 in the same room with the main host router?
Swap power locations?
Has a factory reset been performed then set up from scratch in the same room then placed?
Is there a constant data access thru the 309?
