Title: Error: "Invalid Date or Time" caused by "Enable Daylight Saving".

When I enable the feature "Enable Daylight Saving" and fill in the proper date information for Daylight Saving Dates, I receive the error message "Invalid Date or Time".

Further testing reveals there's a problem using November for the DST start month. 

If I use January for the DST start month, there is no error message.

For the US make sure you have Mar as the start date and Nov as the end, have not had one issue with DST on my 655.

Thanks!  I had the dates backwards.
