well i have a d-link DSL-2730U, suddenly i go to my router config, in 192.168.1.1 and i didn't find wireless in the left side and also where i put the adsl config, i reset it in the button in the back, and still the same. now i want a firmware or something to restore my router as a default config, to enter dsl and wireless security key...please help

What browser are you using?
Try Opera or FF? If IE 8 or 9, set compatibility mode and test again.

i am into win 7 and i used firefox, i'll try to use IE as u said, i was into xp and i changed to 7 and everything was okn until i decided to change my wireless security key and i discover that there's no wireless nor advanced setup...ok i'll try and tell u if it worksthank you

ehhh the problem is solved finally, ummm don't know what to say.

it was because i enter name : user password : user

that's why it doesn't give me some option in the main page of the router.

and when i enter name : admin password : admin i have all options.

so i could get my connection back..

thanx a lot for your help, sometime the solution is stupid but here we learn from little things

I would presume that if you use the USER account, you probably don't get all the options as if you used the ADMIN. Some options maybe hidden due to user account restrictions. Glad you found the solution.
