Quit wosking

I just quit working no lights on the camera un pluged and pluged back in nothing

Did you try re-seating the power cord and testing a different power outlet?
. . .and there are no lights working whatsoever when the camera is plugged in?

If you log into your router web UI, do you see the DCS-930L in the connected device table?

Is the DCS-930L a new purchase or a camera you've been using a long time? How old is the camera?

Had it for a year I went out and bought a new one It will not fire up even with new power supply  time to dump it

If the new power supply doesn't work on the old camera I would tend to agree that the camera has some internal HW issue given the symptoms you've described.
