Port forwarding for DCS-930L ?

Does anyone know wich port must be forwarded in my router to access my DCS-930L through mydlink lite on my Iphone ?

Do we absolutely have to activate UPnP forwarding ? What if my modem/router does not support UPnP ?

The network camera is compatible with Universal Plug-n-Play, which allows computers running Windows XP/Vista/7 automatically recognizes the camera and add it to the network. Sign up for a free dynamic DNS services available on the web to assign a domain name and the camera
