FYI -
One of our 3 D-Link DCS-930L cameras died a sudden, quiet death this morning.
It was less than a year old, operating cabled. No ping response, no blue light at boot, no lights at all.
The D-Link support process is incredibly slow and cumbersome, but ultimately I received an RMA authorization.
What's amazing is the exorbitant charge for any missing item/accessory - e.g.,
"Please be sure to include the following items:
1 x DCS-930L
1 x Ethernet Cable ($10.00)
1 x AC Power Adapter ($10.00)
1 x CD-Rom (manual, QIG, drivers) ($12.00)
1 x Camera Mounting Set ($25.00)
