Live View Dlink Lite

Hi, we have 2 cams set up in another country , I can access both cams using ie11 via my internet mydlink.com, my partner and I both have the same phones (galaxy s6 edge+)
we both have the same android update, she can access and view both cams on her phone, I can see the list of cams but cannot access the live view, I keep getting
cannot connect, now she access's the cams on ee broadband, (we are mostly in 2 parts of the world) I am on virgin broadband, she can access both cams via mobile data on ee, I cannot access via mobile data on ee, has anyone came across something similar that can point me in the right direction? I believe it must be the phone because I can access via the internet??

  • What Hardware version is your DCS? Look at the sticker behind or under the camera.
  • Link>What Firmware version is currently loaded? Found on the DCSs web page under status.
  • What region are you located?
