digital PTZ resets to top left?

(1/2) > >>

RYAT3:
As you can see, the digital PTV was lower right, on the sky.

Sometime during the morning hours, it shifted to top left.  I also noticed this from day to night.  Looks more related to ICR enabling/disabling.

I've recorded this image for the last 5 hours. The move is also captured on the SD Card recording.

other settings

this is the full preview image, i did enabled this nightmode settings. (but the change did not happen her)

digital PTZ setup:

I did not define any preset points.

RYAT3:
That night profile is from 20:00 to 06:00.

7-11 morning - 04:21:51  moved
7-11 evening  - 20:00:xx  moved
7-12 morning - 04:19:50  moved
turned off ICR
7-12 evening  - 20:00:xx moved
turned on icr again.
turned off night mode
camera moved
7-13 morning - 04:21:51 camera moved
turned on night mode - Camera moved

So turning on/off night mode resets the digital PTZ, and the 2 times -  04:21:51 and 20:00:04 resets digital PTZ.

GreenBay42:
That is strange. I assume you have latest firmware.  Have you tried downgrading the firmware from the BETA I sent you? I wonder if this is a new issue in the BETA or latest official release.

You may want to contact tech support and have them issue a ticket (D-Track) for this problem.

Call the business product line - 1 (877) 354-6555 and they will have a tech call you back (6am-5pm m-f Pacific)

RYAT3:
Hi

I thought about reverting back, but wanted to see if I could pinpoint it first.

Thought I figured it out when I accidently disabled recording to sd card as it had stopped.

I reenabled it and it still didn't do it.

It hasn't moved since your previous post.  Very strange.

I'm not sure what is different.

The whole thing made no sense - but it was doing it.

RYAT3:
I installed the new official F/W 1.01.02 Released. This problem hasn't happened again.

I wish I knew what setting was causing it.

Maybe I'll do a reset one day and see if it shows up again.
