Post by: duccio on September 27, 2013, 10:10:03 AM
In D-Link site @ URL: http://www.dlink.com/it/it/support/product/dcs-2230-full-hd-wireless-day-night-camera

Event Management:
Motion detection
PIR motion detection
Event notification and upload snapshots/video clips via HTTP, SMTP, or FTP
>>> Supports multiple HTTP, SMTP, and FTP servers
Multiple event notifications
Multiple recording methods for easy backup

In Camera setup, under Event Setup:

"Server name" The unique name for server. There are four kinds of servers supported. They are email server, FTP server, HTTP server and network storage.

Where is HTTP server???

Go into the user list and add users.

Have them directly connect to the f/w with that username/password.

Admin options won't be available, but they will be able to stream.

Note - if you have a lot of users, it will probably stream poorly..
There's not that much cpu power on these little toys.

Sorry, you don't understand my question: in specification and in camera help dlink said that you can notify an "http server" in event server (when an event occurs the camera can call an http url). Where is it???

Bah dlink, bah...
