Farewell

Guys,

It was nice knowing you.  At last my 4500 decided to not work properly. I was having an issue when the both of us were playing WoW.

I followed all of the information and such.  I did everything that was requested for others to follow.  Since it is EOL, I decided to give it up and look for something else.

I wanted one with 2.4GHz and 5GHz running simultaneously.  I opted for an Apple Extreme.  Pretty happy so far.  There are some nice features I will miss, but the quest goes on to find a reliable Firewall/AP that will last longer than a few years.

I will lurk around and offer my assistance, but for now, my heart lies with Apple now.

Here is a screen-shot of my new speeds.  Not bad, and right on par with the 4500.

Good luck and enjoy Apple. I have a 3rd gen myself. Must say, pretty good for gaming.  ;)
Turn that 4500 into an AP.

Come and visit us when you can.
