Problems linking a DAP-2610 AP to a Nuclias Connect solution
« on: February 12, 2021, 08:07:52 AM »

Hello,

I'm testing a new solution for Wi-Fi deployments.
This solution is composed of a DAP-2610 Access Point and a DNH-100 Wi-Fi controller w/ Nuclias Connect.

I managed to link my D-Link Nuclias account with the DNH-100, but i can't manage to link the access point and the controller.
When I start a Layer 2 or a Layer 3 access point discovery, the AP is detected and I can see its IP address and its MAC address.

But, I can't add the AP to Nuclias Connect.
I can't apply a Network Configuration to it too.

In the AP, I enabled the Nuclias Connect option, but nothing changed.

Do you know how to add an AP to Nuclias Connect ?

Sorry for my bad english

Best regards,

Replying to old post, but I had to do the following in the windows firewall, not sure which of them that resolved it since I added them all at the same time:

Open ports for incomming connections:
27010, 30001 and 8443
allow program for incomming connections:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Nuclias connect\nssm.exe"
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Nuclias connect\MongoDB\bin\mongod.exe"
