Downloadin 1.03 official code

I am a newbie and can't find the place to download the 1.03 code. Is there a specific link for this?

Hi,

I had downloaded the 1.03 firmware and installed it on my DNS-343. However when I go to the add-on menu, the buttons are greyed out. I am unable to choose the package to install. What else need to be done?

You have to insert and format your HDDs before you can install the add-ons. They will be installed on your HDD, so if you have no HDDs in your DNS-343 the add-ons cannot be installed.
