See Who Checks In?
« on: October 15, 2014, 06:03:04 AM »

Back again to this wonderful forum! Thankfully, the router is still working fine. I've had a few problems with the checkins though. Randomly, the page will lose 5 checkins (this has happened twice now since August). The number just drops from 125 to 120 for example. Regardless, my second question has to do with being able to see the data of who is checking in! We can't see this information. The only thing we see is that the number goes up by one, near the ratings stars. I cannot see which persons check in. This would be helpful! Anyone else here experiencing this?

Checkins are the purpose of the router! Someone on their Facebook page, will "check in" to my business, and it will appear to all of their friends. It's nothing to show a picture of, like in the settings of the router. I'm wondering if other business owners who have this router can see any data of the people who use the router.

Actually Check Ins is a FB Feature, not a router feature. That feature isn't dependent upon a router. Check Ins are just saying, hey, i'm here at this location or business location.
