DHCP not working DAP-1325
« on: November 28, 2019, 02:48:16 AM »

Hello there,

I have a few D-Link DWL-6610AP-B1 access points. However I am trying to extend wireless coverage with D-Link DAP-1325. Everything looks OK, except that users connected to extended network don't get IP address from DHCP. If I configure on them static IP address, the connection is working, but I would like DHCP.
Any ideas why DHCP doesn't work.

When in extender mode, the DAP is passing thru or should be passing thru IP addresses from the main host router. Be sure the DAP is connected to or getting IP addressing from a router that is providing IP addresses to connecting devices.
