Using VLAN with Powerline Adapter

Hello,

I need to provide 2 different subnets via a Powerline Adapter (PowerLAN).
My managed switch DGS-1100-16 is configured to use 802.1Q VLANs.
The relevant subnets are using VLAN ID 100 and 200.

How must I configure the port that is connected with the Powerline Adapter?
And what about the clients?
Must the interface in the relevant subnet be defined with VLAN tag for this to work?
