QoS configuration for VLAN?

Hello,
I have configured several VLANs (IEEE 802.1q), and there's one VLAN that is more critical compared to others.

Question:
How can I configure QoS for the VLANs?

For the DGS-1100-Series I know you can do QoS for Ports but not for VLAN IDs.
