I think I need a older setup wizard. I downgraded to a old firmware and factory reset it, and manually set it up, but only way to link to my cloud is to go through the setup wizard. When going through the setup, it hangs at the portion "Checking Internet connection". And I think it's the version of the setup program. Does the same thing via the IOS app.

so far my issues are the exact same as the original poster, even to the point of not being able to go through the wizard.

Edit: That is some trickery on Dlink's behalf. I tried every version of firmware with the only available dlink setup wizard, NONE of the firmware versions work with this software except the very latest. All older versions fail to connect to the internet, and then I installed the latest firmware and it worked fine. That is some bs...

IT's usually a known fact with some D-Link cameras, you have to use the latests SW along with the latest FW. Not sure why they do it like this. Maybe a security issue.

So you got it working then?
