I get email notifications when my camera detect motion. when I click on the link it keep loading and won't show picture on my cell phone or computer.

- What Hardware version is your DCS? Look at the sticker behind or under the camera.

- What region are you located?
What phone system do you have?
What mobile camera app are you using?
What Mfr and model is the main host router?
What wireless modes are you using?
What is the distance between the Camera and the main host router?
I recommend setting a static IP address ON the cameras outside of the main host routers default DHCP IP address pool: DHCP (http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?topic=58017.0)
Test cameras with uPnP and uPnP Port Forwarding both enabled on ALL cameras: DCS Cloud (L) Series Camera Configuration and Mydlink.com (http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?topic=62395.0)

I hadn't set my cameras up correctly after reading forum and watching a few videos I have them working now.
