the mydlink access nas app has stopped working completely now silly thing it was working fine last week , i have been making a point of not updating the app as the last time i updated it wouldnt connect at all , but if i installed an older version it worked . but not anymore i try and sign in but nothing ,
i did contact dlink directly and was told
We are sorry to hear that you are having difficulties with a D-Link DNS-320L.
Please note that the DNS-320L is an end of life device, therefore further updates will not be released to the unit, nor the app.
Please make sure you have latest available firmware installed on your DNS-320L. After this, reinstall the app and login using same credentials.
that does not help at all lol

it works on my ipad but not on android .

I would contact D-Link support about this. Possible there is something going on with Android.
Ensure your using the latest version from the app store.

We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.

however i have downgraed the firmware of the nas to 1.10 and installed an older version of the app and its working fine now
