In order to secure my network I have set-up the OpenDNS servers into the DNS setting were I would like everything directed. However this does not exclude other DNS services though port 53. Is there a way to restrict this so everyone going through this router MUST use the DNS service I have specified?

- What Hardware version is your router? Look at sticker under the router case.
- Link>What Firmware (http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?topic=47512.0) version is currently loaded? Found on the routers web page under status.
- What region are you located?
- Turn on DNS Relay (http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?topic=45143.0) under Setup/Networking. This will enable all DNS traffic used by clients to use what ever you have selected and will report 192.168.#.1 in there DNS tables, however it will translate and use what you have input into the routers DNS address settings going out the WAN port. Using Advanced DNS will enable the use of D-Links DNS services so if you are using OpenDNS or other services, disable Advanced DNS services. This is about all you can do with home class routers.
