DCS-934 FTP connections

I recent change the FTP server my DCS-934 sends images too. Ever since the change the camera continuously  connects to the server. It does not send image, and the server finally disconnects camera after 5 minutes of inactivity. The camera is set to only send image when "Motion/Sound Detection is enabled" .

Firmware is 1.03.01
Firmware Date: 2015-10-01
Agent Version: 2.0.19-b54n

Any help would be greatly appreciated
