Hi People
« on: July 30, 2015, 06:21:18 PM »

Just wanted to pop in and say Hi to everyone. I recently bought two 934L's and am loving them so far. It's my first experience with camera's. I'm big into Home Automation though. It's odd that this camera's forums doesn't have much action. I find these camera's are pretty good quality and picture quality is nice as well.
I'm using them to monitor my garage and front door due to recent break ins in our community. I like the motion detection features and email alerts/email pictures.

I downloaded the D-ViewCam software but I didn't see a 934L as a camera option so I just chose mine as 932L's and it worked. Is that the correct way to do it or did I miss something in the software?

Yes, you can use a different model to have DVC software connect. I use this for my 933L. Cameras usually have the same base code so DVC can connect using a prior model.  ;)
