Title: DSP-W215 issue. Power and temperature meter not working

Hello all,
I bought 3x  DSP-W215 to control my heaters and but one of the plugs is not working correctly. I can control the on an off state, but the power meter and temperature reader is not working. I tried everything, from software reset to hard reset, but i have no power meter or temperature meter from the plug.

The firmware version is the 2.22.

Can this be a plug malfunction or it's more of a software issue? The other 2 plugs are working correctly.

If the other 2 are working but the 3rd one does not, it may be defective unfortunately.  Contact your regional tech support for possible replacement.
