Title: How to Set DST setting under FW 1.06.06

I'm trying to set the DST setting for my camera running FW 1.06.06.  I've tried connecting through the web interface, (ie. http://ip_address/eng/liveView.cgi or http://ip_address/eng/mainFrame.cgi), but can't seem to find the setting.

I should note, that on the live view tab of the web-interface, it asks me to download the NCS plug-in, but the link just returns an error File Not Found.

Any thoughts?

What browser are you using?
Try IE or FF? If IE 8, 9, 10 or 11, set compatibility mode and test again.
Disable any security browser Add-ons like No Script and Ad-Block or configure them to allow All Pages when connected to the router.
Clear all browser caches.

I have been using Chrome, but have since tried in both FF and Edge.  All three load the website fine (http://192.168.2.30/eng/liveView.cgi), but it still asks for the NCS plug-in, but the link appears to be a dead link.

I guess, I need one of two things;

1. Does someone have the exact web address to the cam that will allow me to change the DST setting.
 or
2. Is there another site available to download the NCS plug-in?
