Settings
« on: June 21, 2011, 07:19:15 PM »

What should the following Network Access Settings be?
NFS Server - Enable or Disable?
Type - NFS or SMB?
Oplocks - On or Off?
Map archive - On or Off?
Not sure what these settings mean.
Thanks

Can't believe nobody bothered replying.

I am the same, I don't really know or have bothered with it yet, but I can tell you it obviously depends on your specific network.  If it was universal settings just to get it to work for everyone there wouldn't be options  ;)

Just google NFS, SMB Oplocks ect and then answer accordingly if you do or don't utilise them on your network.

I know mine is on SMB but I have trouble with AD so it is all useless until I can fix that..
