Multiple COVR "A" points on same network?
« on: October 04, 2021, 11:10:48 AM »

Hi,

I have a COVR-1203 system with the original three units running together in bridge mode.  I want to add additional nodes.  Can I add a COVR-1202 system's two points onto the same network?  Or will adding a second "A" node cause problems/conflicts with the existing nodes?

I think you can add more nodes. There is a process to convert the A node to a B node. I think you just have to connect the 2nd A node to the 1st A node via ethernet and it should auto convert to a B node.
