No files showing in shareport webaccess or app

Hi,

I have connected an USB HDD to my DHP-1565 router.

Everything works great, I can see the drive from all the computers in my local network as a network drive. I can see all the files on the drive and have full read/write functionality.

I can see all the files on the drive on my smartTV via the routers media server.

The only issue I have is that I cannot see any files via shareport, I can access the login page via http://x.x.x.x:8181, I can login using the user that I created on my router. Then I see the 4 options (video, music, pictures, documents) but they are all empty. If I try the shareport app on my iPhone 6, I have the same issue. I can connect to the router, but when I select video (or any other option) it says "this folder is empty"

I have checked for firmware update's, but the router says its using the latest firmware (1.01)
