Wireless speeds are great, my Wired speed is TERRIBLE

I'll start off by stating:
I read that all of you have 50MBps+ speeds, but I live in farmland so ~1.5MBps is great for me.

ISP: Comcast Cable
Previous Router: Linksys WRT300N
Current Modem: Ubee DDM-5513 (Comcast supplied)
Download speeds with Linksys Router:
                                                  Wireless:1-1.5MBps (Per computer connected)
                                                  Wired:   1-1.5MBps (Per computer connected)
Download speeds with DIR-655:
                                                  Wireless:1-1.5MBps (Per computer connected)
                                                  Wired:   15-30Kbps (Per computer connected) <--- WTH!?
DIR-665 Router Firmware: 2.00

How on Earth do I fix this?! My computer runs hardwired to the router and this speed is KILLING me! I just set this up today, and am quite perplexed. We have 2 Xboxes connected, 1 wired (this one is port forwarded) and one using a wireless adapter connected. One, sometimes two computers hardwired in (Though not at the same time) and at any given moment 1-3 WiFi connected computers.

What steps can I take to improve this speed?! I have disabled "QoS Engine" and it hasn't helped either. Why are my Wired speeds so slow?  :'(

When testing the wired speeds are all other devices OFF when testing with one PC?

Ensure DNS IP addresses are being filled in under Setup/Internet/Manual?
Turn off Advanced DNS Services if you have this option.
Turn on DNS Relay under Setup/Networking.
Setup DHCP reserved IP addresses for all devices on the router.
Ensure devices are set to auto obtain an IP address.
Set Firewall settings to Endpoint Independent for TCP and UDP.

I did all of that and all it has done was lower my Wireless download speeds now  :-[

Do a speed test after turn off the WiFi radio on the router, then turn on and test.
Curious if this happens with and with out the radio being on.
If you still see the speed down on wired with the radio off, something is probably not set up or configured correctly. Also test the wired connection with a different PC if you can to check continuity.

I did some tinkering with settings, and I found out and corrected what was wrong. My security was set to WPA-Personal  and I decided to set it to WPA2-Personal (Which I thought it was at) and it put my speeds back to where they should be. This is so weird! I guess that you should never use WPA on this router!
