Thank you for the response. I do apologize however with the new mydlink home app, all connected home devices which includes smart plugs are no longer accessible through mydlink.com website.

Interesting, my initial call to phone support was a complete waste of time. They had me trying several things while on the phone when this information never trickled down the to the 1st line support personnel.
