pptp problem on dir-130

hi
i have a vpn server.i use dir-130 behind a dsl-modem on my branch office.i set modem on pppoe mode and set internet type of dir-130 on pptp mode.i set it always-on .the connection work 3 or 4 minuets ,disconnect,connect and disconnect again.

please help me .

What Hardware version is your router? Look at sticker under router.
Link>What Firmware version is currently loaded? Found on routers web page under status.
What region are you located?

Has a Factory Reset been performed?

What ISP Modem make and model do you have?

I recommend that you have the ISP check the phone lines to make sure they are in good working condition and filtered correctly and the DSL modem is getting good signal.

Any cordless house phones?
Any other WiFi routers in the area? Link> Use InSSIDer to find out. How many?

FW ver : FW124B13

the link of dsl is ok.
i use vpn connection on xp or seven and it works correctly but the connection on dir-130 not work correctly.
connect and disconnect again.

I recommend that you phone contact your regional local DLink support office and ask for level 2 or higher help on this.
