DIR-885L not connecting with dlinkddns service

(1/2) > >>

Fluffy:
Anyone have any luck using dlinkddns service with this router yet?  I have used this service for years with my old DIR-850L router without issue, but I can't get my new router to connect.  I have reconfirmed my dlinkddns account with the new MAC and serial number and checked my login information several times.  Looking for any suggestions or perhaps a confirmation on a firmware bug.

Fluffy:
Router is Hardware A1, Firmware 1.00, I am in USA, North Carolina EST time zone. My ISP is Time Warner Cable and I use a Motorola SB6121 modem.

FurryNutz:
I recommend that you phone contact D-Link support and ask for help and information on this. This is a new router and may need there review on it.

Fluffy:
Contacted support, solution was to:
1) Save configuration to file
2) Download and install firmware (even though the unit had the latest installed).
3) Reset router to factory defaults.
4) Load previously saved configuration file.

DLINKDDNS service is now connected and working as expected.
