I hope to [exploitive deleted] nobody here has to call tech support to "TRY", "BEG" or "PLEAD" to get an RMA on their DSM-520. I am completely appalled and extremely agitated at the moment.
I am going to have to stop myself right here, all I can think of to say are words that don't belong here.
Sorry for the rant..

Please PM me the case numbers and names of agents if you have them, if a level 3 told you that they would personally test your file then you can rest assured that you have the best there is testing your file. I will see if I can't find the results for you.
