D - LINK DIR - 822+

When doing a firmware update the router stopped working.
I have one mini usb programmer ch341A but I need one FULL DUMP file to download.
I already sent a firmware that I downloaded from the official page to the roter chip but it does not boot.
Can someone help me to change the .bin file so it can load?

Can you get to the recovery page here?

If not, you'll need to phone contact your regional D-Link support office.

I tried this procedure but it did not work.
The router starts and then does not respond to anything, it only has two lights on (power and 2.4 G)

I already got the firmware that is on the router with the USB mini programmer, Now I need to send one to the router to boot up
