My DIR-615 can't acces to internet

Even if I configure my router with the wizard-install, my router does not see internet. I do not know what to do and I'm sure I followed the instruction. What to do?

Since you didn't provide some background info, here are a few things to check first:

(1) Did you validate that your Internet is working via a direct PC connection?
(2) Did you swap out the network cable?
(3) Did you try pinging the Internet from the DIR-615 firmware interface?
