Title: Recording other than by FTP
Post by: spycamera on August 08, 2011, 06:45:03 PM
Hi.

I have a DCS-930L.  Not positive if I am on the right forum.

Is there a method to record video, other than FTP?

Due to network conflicts with the camera, router and server (that I do not wish to deal with to resolve), I need to keep the camera as a standalone and not on the internet.

I'd just like to record the images onto a hard drive?

Thanks

AS

Yep. Just download and install the D-Link "D-ViewCam" software from the D-Link website, look in the "other downloads" section for the correct product.

Here's a direct link to the latest version of D-ViewCam: ftp://ftp.dlink.com/Multimedia/D-View%20Cam/
