Tablet PC connection

I have a tablet pc and i can't get it to connect to my 655 router.
Under my Wireless Lan:

Wireless Radio : Enabled
802.11 Mode : Mixed 802.11n, 802.11g and 802.11b
Channel Width : 20MHz
Channel : 8
Secondary Channel : 
WISH : Active
Wi-Fi Protected Setup : Enabled/Configured

Under LAN Computers:
IP Address: (left blank on purpose)
Name (if any): (left blank on purpose)
MAC: (left blank on purpose)

Network Name (SSID): dlink
Guest: No
MAC Address: (left blank on purpose)
Security Mode: WPA2 Only - Personal
 
Do i have to setup anything in Window7 first?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
