Blocking/Redirecting a Site for Specific Computer?

I have 3 computers connected to my network, but on one of them I would like to block social networks like facebook/twitter/etc. without blocking it from the other 2 computers. Is it possible to only show a blank white page when that specific computer goes to facebook.com or maybe to just redirect facebook.com to google.com? Is somethin like this possible?

I have Firmware version 1.21
