Cannot save any changes

Dlink DIR 655. Hardware version A3, firmware version 1.21.

I went to enable the wireless and when I choose "save settings" the router just reboots and no changes have occurred. I've also tried to set the correct time and date in my router, but when I choose the "save settings" button, the thing just reboots and no changes occur.

Can someone help walk me through whatever it is I need to do to get this router to accept changes to the setup?
