Thanks for your continued support! AT&T was here. The tech was very nice and apparently knowledgeable. It appears that the lines are find and hooked up correctly. I am getting the feeling that the problem may be the router for these reasons:
1. When the system goes down the modem light are still on. If it was the ISP line one light would be red.
2. When I reboot the modem  nothing happens, but when I reboot the router I get my connectivity back.

I really would like to have you take a look at my configuration to make sure I don't have some incorrect setting that is shutting the router down, about every 3days almost on schedule. If we can do that and the modem stills goes down, I think I'll return it and get another. I like to returned by Saturday because of the grace period to return or exchange merchandise. But first I have to make sure that tit is the router. The previous information I sent you was the log from the modem (the LCP-Link Control Protocol), but I do not know whether it came from the modem or the router or the ISP.

Anyways, what do I need to do to get on TV and allow you to look at my config? FYI, I get home about 3 PM California time. Thanks!!!
