DNR-312L Patrol button not working!!!

Dears
i am facing  a problem with DNR-312L A1 f/w:1.05 live view Patrol mode.
when i click it no changes happened even after i had set preset locations to it.
is there is any other settings i have do first ...kindly help.

* Link>What Firmware version is currently loaded? Found on the DNSs web page under status.
* What region are you located?
What Mfr and model is the main host router?

* Turn off all anti virus and firewall programs on PC while testing.
PC Web Browser Configurations
What browser are you using?
Try Opera or FF? If IE 8, 9, 10 or 11, set compatibility mode and test again.
