QoS Engine: Device Card does not save
« on: June 23, 2016, 03:19:55 AM »

What's with this QoS that does not want to save the device cards?

Never mind the pain and time spent on dragging but I can't seem to save the device cards after dragging them into the boxes? It does not save even if it is just one card. I thought I have to be online to do so. And online does not help either.

Saving it resets every device cards to blank! What gives?  >:(

My unit: DIR-850L HW:B1 FW:2.06

Link>Welcome!

  • What region are you located?

PC 3rd Party Security Software Configurations
  • Turn off all anti virus and firewall programs on PC while testing. 3rd party firewalls are not generally needed when using routers as they are effective on blocking malicious inbound traffic.

PC Web Browser Configurations
What browser are you using?
Try Opera or FF? If IE 8, 9, 10 or 11, set compatibility mode and test again.

Asian region.

I don't use any 3rd party firewall. I have disabled anti-virus. I used FF and IE. I tried on different machines. Nothing works!

Every time I clicked Save, all cards vanished.

Any more ideas?

We've seen issues like this before in other model routers. This needs to be reviewed by D-Link support.
I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.
Let us know how it goes please.
