Hi,

I am looking for DIR-825 Firmware Upgrade as I couldn't find it on the official download section.
Product - DIR-825
Hardware Version - G1
Firmware Version - 7.00
Region - India

I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this.

We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.

Well, I tried contacting on Twitter, Email, Official contact page on the website. Also, I am unable to call through call.

All firmware is posted at tsd.dlink.com.tw

7.00 and 7.10 are available.

7.10 file will have 2 firmware files. You need to upload the "middle" firmware first. This will add encryption to the firmware files.

While flashing the image I am getting error "Invalid image file. Please select the correct image file and upload it again." After the middle one.

What browser are you using? Try IE11 or FireFox.
