how to remove the dcs-2103 title from jpeg image

hi,

I have just purchased the DCS-2103 camera.
I want to use the camera in order to upload images of our beach to my website.
I see that the JPEG image currently contain the date, time and "DCS-2103".
The data and time are great. But I don't want the "DCS-2103" title to be in the image.
How can I remove it ?
