it worked before.
I have HW Version A1 so I used the A firmware. I hope this is correct.
tried everything except reverting to old FW.
It shows up in site survey etc. but it wont connect

Did you factory reset the camera then set up from scratch?
What Mfr and model is the main host router?
What wireless modes are you using?
What is the distance between the Camera and the main host router?
I recommend setting a static IP address ON the cameras outside of the main host routers default DHCP IP address pool: 192.168.#.10 and .11  DHCP

Test cameras with uPnP and uPnP Port Forwarding both enabled on ALL cameras: DCS Cloud (L) Series Camera Configuration and Mydlink.com

 I was on the latest fw, but bumped it down to the next of latest. no luck
region USA
factory reset and then start from scratch: did that
distance from router:  tried two.  on was like 10 feet away.
static IP and stuff, really?  this thing should just work like normal wireless gear.  I have wasted so much time on this, its ridiculous.

Maybe a wireless issue then. Interference.

I recommend setting a static IP address as well. Mines set this way and works flawlessly.
What Mfr and model is the main host router?

Any solutions on this topic? I have exactly the same issue!!!
My 930L was FW 1.12 and unfortunately I updated to 1.14 with two consequences:

a.) No wifi connection possible any more
b.) My Dlink doesn't work any more, even with ethernet connection

Reverting back to 1.12 didn't solve the issue. Even with loading factory defaults in the GUI or pressing the reset button.

Please help !

After the update did you walk thru the setup software while the camera was connected via LAN wire and get it reconfigured and reassociated with mydlink services?

Yes, I did run the setup tool on my computer with the camera connected via LAN. The camera was detected. And I could proceed the configuration until I define to use the wireless connection. The camera didn't find any router while it was placed next to it (It did before the update).
I tried to reset via reset button and I also tried to reset via GUI and start the setup procedure again. Doesn't help.

I also tried to select wired connection during the procedure and wanted to connect it again to the mydlink services. But also this doesn't work.

Then I downgraded the FW step by step, again reset, again the same procedure and again it failed at the same steps. Also setting it up via iphone didn't have success.

Both, wireless and mydlink doesn't work again.

I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.

I did contact the Dlink support and was successful. The following procedure did solve the trouble for me:

I had to download the 1.14 FW directly from the website and flash it via GUI. Then 7s press of the reset button on the back of the camera. After that, I was advised to used the setup program again. Still the tool can't find any wifi networks, but selecting the ethernet connection I could establish the link to mydlink again. After I finished the setup I had to manually change via GUI from LAN to WIFI. This worked.

Basically I did this whole procedure already before, but only with older firmware 1.12 and 1.11. Never with the 1.14. When I downloaded the 1.14, I recognized that the filename was 1.14.02. Maybe there was also a first shot of the 1.14 which caused this trouble. Reverting back should also have solved the issue, I guess. But didn't. Still I don't completely understand the cause. Anyway the setup tool must have an issue too, as even now it doesn't show any wifi networks.
