Formatted new disks, can't share them
« on: February 02, 2020, 06:08:17 AM »

I have just replaced one of my disks in my D-Link DNS-325 and formatted both; they are set up as standard volumes. One is 1.5TB the other is 1TB. I can see them listed in various places, but they don't show up at all in 'Account management' -> 'Network shares settings'. I can see them under 'ISO Mount Shares Settings', bizarrely. I have tried upgrading to the latest firmware I could find: DNS-325_fw_revA_1-05b04_all_multi_20161118.zip, which went well, but no change.

Is there anything I should have done on the way?

Thx, Mr Nutz. I already did the factory reset, but I didn't go through the wizard. In fact, I've never used it, even the first time I set it up and it worked, but I'll try that when I hae a moment.

I've gone through the setup wizard, but unfortunately, no improvement.
