Not recording events during daytime hours
« on: March 11, 2020, 06:30:22 AM »

Stops recording/pushing events during the daytime hours (~0800 hrs to 2000 hrs)?

Do not see any event times in the app.

Do you have any schedules set up?

I do not see a "Schedule" option within the mydlink app.

What automation settings do you have set up?

If you did not set a schedule, it is "on" 24/7 by default. To set a schedule, tap the menu (3 horizontal lines in upper left corner), tap Settings then tap Schedule. You can setup a specific time/day here. If you want motion and/or sound detection on all the time no need to set a schedule.

Are you recording to cloud or SD card?

Is the camera pointing outside a window?

Automation 1, recording and push notification. It does work, during the night-time.

Did not have a schedule set-up, as you say it should be 24/7.

As of now, have set-up a schedule to perform Automation 1, all day and all week. Will feedback tomorrow to see if this fixes it.

Thank you

Definitely let us know if it "fixes" the issue.

Forgot to answer your other 2 questions.

Yes, it is recording to an SD card.

Have the camera mounted outside, am aware this is an inside camera.
