Lost internet connection after restoring settings from file config.bin

I have a problem after loading a backup. When I create a backup using the option 'Backup settings to file' I can create a backup file. After loading this file using 'Restore saved settings from file (config.bin)' my computer lost internet connection. I can still use my home network, but no internet caonnection at all. Other computers on the network are OK.
