Title: Problems with reset

Hello, I have a DCS 930L camera that will not reset. I have attached it to my router by an ethernet cable and it is powering on and shows up on my network. When I try to perform a hard reset, the camera blinks red and does nothing. I had the camera previously setup and no longer remember the login credentials. I had set the camera light off in the web GUI, so there is no green light on the camera. I would like to reset the camera to factory state. Thank You

How are you using the camera IP to configure it?
