recover dir-655 bad flash no tools menu so can't access menu option to reflash

I have a Dir-655 hardware revision A2

I flashed it with Canadian Firmware version 1.34NA 5/20/2010
It reset to defaults. I can access the first two menu options on the webinterface, but can't access the tools menu. Simply says page not available. I tried to manually enter in the url to the firmware update page but it seems it doesn't exist either.

All I wanted to do was to use my USB HSDPA modem.
Can anyone help me fix my router, and further, help me get a USB hsdpa modem working with it once it is revived?
