Title: connect to new router
Post by: spacequakes on March 21, 2019, 09:54:07 AM
Hello, This forum has been so helpful in the past, hoping for more input presently.  My camera has been working good with my netgear router, but now just upgraded my wifi router.  Do I have to start from the beginning to get my camera linked up with the new router?  or is there a way to update information somewhere so that the camera operates with the new router?  I hope my question is understandable.  Thanks, in advance, for any suggestions.

You should be able to log into the camera and change the wifi network name (SSID) and password of the new router or you can press the WPS button on the camera and then the router. Once you get that green light on the camera you should be good.

Thank you GreenBay42.  I did the WPS button suggestion & I am good to go!
